Our Expert Guides
San Juan Mountain guides are professionally trained instructors with extensive personal and professional experience in mountain ranges around the world, and with clients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and ability levels. All of our guides are certified Wilderness First Responders and have formal training in climbing instruction, rigging, guiding, and avalanche hazard assessment. All of our guides live here year round and love showing off our backyard. We pride ourselves on developing relationships with people and securing partnerships that last for many years of fulfilling climbing and skiing.
