RESERVATION POLICY...

• A deposit equal to 50% of your total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit amount applies to bookings with advance notice of at least 15 days.
• A deposit equal to 100% of your total reservation amount is required at the time of booking with advance notice of less than 15 days.
• We accept cash, visa, mastercard, money order, or personal check.
  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS...

• Cancellation of your reservation with 30 days or more notice of your start date entitles you to a complete refund of your deposit minus a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellation between 15 and 29 days notice of your start date results in a forfeiture of your deposit amount. However, half of your deposit amount is applicable towards another reservation within the next 12 months.
• Cancellation of your reservation with 14 days or less notice before your start date results in forfeiture of the entire tuition amount.
• Any changes or adjustments to your reservation that do not include a cancellation will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. We do our very best to accommodate alterations to reservations, but offer no guarantees.
